We collect information you provide when you create or use a Quizzora account. This can include your name or username, email address, password, profile image, academic profile details, creator-application details, quiz content, quiz attempts, results, support messages, and reports you submit.
We also collect limited technical and usage information, such as session and device information, browser type, pages and features used, quiz activity, notification preferences, and trusted-device records. We use cookies or similar storage to keep you signed in, protect your account, and remember essential app settings.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide Quizzora, save your progress, award XP and gems, maintain streaks, show relevant quizzes, review creator applications, secure sign-ins, send requested account emails, and respond to support requests.
We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand how the platform is used and improve reliability, learning features, and safety. We do not use personal information to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
3. AI features
When you use Quizzora AI or request an AI-generated quiz, your message or requested topic may be processed by an AI service provider to produce the response. Do not submit sensitive personal, financial, medical, or confidential information to AI features. AI responses can be inaccurate and should be reviewed before relying on them for important academic or personal decisions.
4. When we share information
We share information only when needed to operate Quizzora. This may include trusted providers that help us host the service and database, store profile images, send account and support emails, deliver push notifications, or provide AI functionality. These providers may process information only to provide their services to us.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users and Quizzora from fraud or abuse, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.
5. Quizzes, creators, and shared links
Quiz creators can view the quiz content they create and the results made available through creator tools. If you join a shared quiz, the creator may be able to see quiz-level result information associated with that session. Password-protected quizzes are designed to limit access, but you should not share a quiz password more widely than intended.
6. Advertising and optional rewards
If Quizzora introduces advertising features, we may work with advertising partners to display ads. Where required, we will provide choices about advertising-related cookies and personalisation. Optional rewarded ads may offer virtual Quizzora benefits, such as an AI credit. Those benefits have no cash value and are subject to the rules displayed in the app.
7. Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as it is needed to provide Quizzora, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including password hashing, protected sessions, access controls, and verification steps. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and requests
You can update certain profile details from Quizzora settings, manage notifications in your browser or device, and request help with account information through the Help Center. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
9. Children
Quizzora is designed for learners and educational communities. If you are below the age at which you can consent to online services where you live, use Quizzora only with the involvement of a parent, guardian, school, or other authorised adult. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us through the Help Center.
10. Changes and contact
